Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Professor with specialization in Operations Management at MSM – Master School of Management. The position involves teaching at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, along with research and academic responsibilities.
Essential Qualification & Eligibility
First Class Master’s Degree/PGDM in Management or a relevant discipline, with NET/SET, as per
AICTE/UGC norms.
Desirable
Teaching/research/industry experience, research publications, conference papers, and relevant professional certifications.
Subject Areas
Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Total Quality Management, Project Management, Technology Management, Operations Strategy, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Control and related areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Teaching: Teach courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
- Academic Planning: Plan and coordinate academic sessions, assessments, and curriculum delivery.
- Teaching & Research: Undertake teaching, research, publications, and case development.
- Student Mentoring: Monitor student performance and provide academic mentoring and support.
- Academic Quality: Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
- Industry & Student Engagement: Support industry interaction, internships, placements, and student development activities.
- Institute Responsibilities: Participate in academic, co-curricular, and institutional activities and undertake responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Institute.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
