Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 1 year of experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs while collaborating with frontend developers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Work with databases and optimize queries.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project development.
- Ensure security and data protection standards are followed.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud services and deployment processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
