Job Description: Homeroom Teacher (HRT)1. Teaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered learning experiences
- Foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
- Integrate literacy, numeracy, and technology into teaching practices

2. Curriculum Implementation
- Implement the school curriculum effectively across subjects
- Design meaningful, concept-based learning experiences
- Use inquiry-based and activity-based teaching strategies
- Ensure learning is relevant and connected to real-life contexts
3. Subjects to be Taught
The Homeroom Teacher (HRT) will be responsible for teaching:
- Unit of Inquiry (UOI)
- Mathematics
- Language (English – Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening)
4. Assessment & Documentation
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student learning and development
- Provide timely and constructive feedback
- Use assessment data to guide planning and instruction
- Prepare report cards and progress reports as per school guidelines
5. Classroom Environment
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Establish a positive classroom culture based on respect and responsibility
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive strategies
- Organize the classroom to support active learning
- Support students’ social and emotional well-being
6. Collaboration & Professional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
- Participate in planning meetings and school activities
- Engage in continuous professional development
- Reflect on teaching practices to improve student outcomes

- IB (International Baccalaureate) training will be provided

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
