Job Summary
Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and well-presented Hostesses to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm first impression, managing guest seating, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating and table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
- Communicate effectively with service, kitchen, and bar teams to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company service standards and hospitality SOPs.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relation Executive, Front Office Executive, or in a similar hospitality role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
