About the Role:
We are a growing startup in the domestic staffing and recruitment industry. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and self-driven 360-Degree Recruitment Professional who can act as a partner in our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for both Client Acquisition (Business Development) and End-to-End Recruitment Delivery.
If you have a strong network in the domestic market, know how to bring new hiring mandates, and have the capability to close them independently, we offer high commission payouts that will allow you to earn significantly above industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (50%):
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients for domestic staffing and recruitment services.
- Pitch recruitment services to HR Heads, Founders, and Hiring Managers across various sectors (IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, BPO, Sales, etc.).
- Negotiate commercial terms, service fee percentages, and finalize recruitment agreements/contracts with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
2. End-to-End Recruitment & Delivery (50%):
- Understand client job requirements and create sourcing strategies.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn), social media, and personal network.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates before sharing profiles with the client.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate follow-ups, and negotiate salary offers.
- Ensure high conversion rates from interview to joining, and manage post-joining follow-ups till the lock-in/guarantee period is completed.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a Domestic Recruitment Agency / Staffing Firm.
- Proven Track Record: Must have previous experience in bringing new client mandates and successfully closing them.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong professional communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to deal with senior management.
- Self-Starter: Since we are a growing startup, we need a proactive individual who can work independently without micromanagement.
