Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering; OR
- ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade; OR
- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 02 years of experience as a Lift Technician / Lift Maintenance Technician in installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of lifts/elevators in Government Departments, Educational Institutions, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Residential Complexes, or reputed Private Organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of lifts/elevators.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults in lift systems.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore lift operations within the stipulated time.
- Monitor lift performance and ensure safe and smooth functioning.
- Carry out repair and replacement of lift components as required.
- Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with lift manufacturers, contractors, and institute authorities for major repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Conduct periodic testing of lift safety devices and emergency systems.
- Perform any other duties related to lift operation and maintenance as assigned by the competent authority.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
