1. Construction Execution
- Execute daily construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor progress and report daily work status to the Project Manager.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain quality checklists.
- Identify and rectify construction defects promptly.
- Coordinate cube tests, material testing, and third-party inspections.
3. Site Supervision
- Supervise civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination works.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Verify contractor work quantities before billing.
- Ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
4. Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Highlight delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the planning team for project scheduling.
5. Material Management
- Verify material requirements based on site progress.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Maintain proper material records and stock updates.
6. Drawing & Documentation
- Study and implement approved construction drawings.
- Maintain updated drawing revisions on site.
- Prepare measurement sheets and work records.
- Maintain site diaries, DPRs, inspection reports, and checklists.
7. Contractor Management
- Allocate work to contractors as per project schedule.
- Monitor contractor productivity and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Certify completed work for billing purposes.
8. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.
- Report and investigate safety incidents immediately.
9. Cost Control
- Monitor work quantities against BOQ.
- Minimize material wastage and rework.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost tracking.
10. Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and internal departments.
- Resolve technical issues at site.
- Ensure smooth workflow among all stakeholders.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
