Hardware Technician – Job Description We are looking for a skilled and responsible Hardware Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining laptops and desktop PCs. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and configure desktop PCs and laptops as per company requirements. - Install and configure RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, processor, power supply, etc. - Install Windows, drivers, and required software. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues. - Perform testing and quality checks of assembled systems. - Troubleshoot issues related to motherboard, RAM, storage, display, power, networking, etc. - Upgrade and replace hardware components when required. - Maintain proper records of assembled and repaired systems. - Ensure all systems are properly tested before delivery. - Follow company procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: - Basic to good knowledge of computer hardware and PC assembly. - Experience in laptop/desktop assembling and troubleshooting will be preferred. - Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, BIOS/UEFI and hardware diagnostics. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
