Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Café Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support smooth day-to-day café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, burgers, wraps, and basic café items
- Handle billing and POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Refill stock and assist with inventory checks
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Support teammates during rush hours
- Assist customers with menu recommendations
- Open or close the café as per shift requirements
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
- Prior café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and punctuality
- Freshers with the right attitude can also apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience using POS systems
- Basic food preparation or barista skills
- Customer handling and upselling ability
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices
