You are responsible to act as financial architect of the entire resort, balancing property-level profitability, central corporate functions, cash flow, capital expenditure, financing, controls, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall financial strategy for the resort group.
- Oversee financial performance of all resorts and corporate entities.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor revenue, GOP/EBITDA, margins, cash flow, and profitability by resort.
- Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency across properties.
- Establish and monitor financial KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Manage group cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Monitoring daily/weekly cash flows.
- Management of working capital.
- Monitoring receivables, payables and inventory.
- Liaison with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversight of loans, limits, guarantees, securities and other banking arrangements.
- Ensuring optimum utilisation of available funds.
- Variance analysis against budget.
- Product/project-wise profitability analysis, where applicable
- Oversee CAPEX planning, project investments, renovations, and ROI analysis.
- Ensure strong internal controls over revenue, procurement, inventory, payroll, and payments.
- Lead statutory compliance, taxation, financial audits, and risk management.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable tax compliance.
- Coordination with tax consultants/Chartered Accountants.
- Monitoring tax assessments, notices, appeals and litigation.
- Tax planning and identification of tax exposures.
- Standardize finance policies, processes, controls, and reporting across all resorts.
- Oversee centralized procurement and vendor-management initiatives.
- Effective control over purchase pricing.
- Ensure accounting of all purchase and sales bills, BRS at end of the month.
Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
