Drive occupancy by turning property inquiries into signed lease agreements through excellent customer servic.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct Tours: Show available rental units to prospective tenants.
- Convert Leads: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Close Deals: Guide applicants through the background check and lease signing.
- Meet Targets: Achieve monthly occupancy and retention goals.
- Inspect Units: Ensure vacant properties are clean and ready for viewing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
