About the Role
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the face of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, seamless guest experiences, and efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel PMS software is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts.
