Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Manager to support our growing IT team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment and HR operations, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing the end-to-end hiring process while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Handle candidate communication and interview follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and HR reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of overall HR experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude with strong coordination skills.
