- Assisting Hospital Eye Patients:
- Guide and accompany patients from the hospital to the optical store.
- Help patients understand their eye power and prescription.
- Explain different types of frames and lenses suitable for their needs.
- Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their preferences and prescription.
- Support the sales team at the counter during busy hours.
- Billing & System Entry:
- Generate customer bills using the computer system accurately.
- Enter stock details, new arrivals, and sales into the software regularly.
- Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Ensure display shelves are tidy and well-stocked.
- General Office Tasks:
- Help with daily routine work as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain basic records and assist in stock counting or reporting if required.
