Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance & Operations Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom instruction, mentor students, and equip them with practical knowledge in finance and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Finance and Operations Management subjects using interactive and practical teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students and monitor their academic progress.
Support placement activities and academic events.
Requirements:
Qualification: M.Com / MBA
Experience: 1–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
