About the Role
Kidz District is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and people-oriented Business Development Executive who will be the first point of contact for families visiting our Centre. The role involves managing parent interactions, converting walk-ins into enrollments, coordinating birthday parties and events, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Parent & Customer Relationship Management
* Welcome and assist all walk-in families and visitors.
* Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries professionally.
* Follow up with prospective parents and maintain admission enquiry records.
2.Business Development & Admissions
* Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions and memberships.
* Generate leads through referrals, events, and local community outreach.
* Maintain and update admission and lead databases.
* Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
3.Hospitality & Guest Experience
* Ensure every family receives a warm and positive experience.
* Coordinate refreshments and visitor hospitality when required.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service at the centre.
* Handle parent concerns promptly and professionally.
4.Birthday Party Coordination
* Manage birthday party bookings and customer enquiries.
* Coordinate with operations and activity teams for smooth event execution.
* Ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after events.
* Support party planning, scheduling, and follow-ups.
5.Events & Community Engagement
* Plan and coordinate centre events, workshops, and special programs.
* Support marketing initiatives to increase footfall and visibility.
* Build relationships with local communities, schools, and parent groups.
* Assist in promoting seasonal events, camps, and celebrations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, admissions, hospitality, sales, preschool, play area, or event management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation and follow-up abilities.
* Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
* Ability to multitask and work during weekends or special events when required.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
