The Senior Faculty role at DSC is a senior role wherein the concerned person will be involved in both academic and non academic areas.
The individual should be:
- Adept at teaching areas of Marketing, Management, Advertising, Public Relations, Strategy, Branding among others. Atleast a few of these areas.
- Passionate about education and keen on developing new teaching methodologies
- Someone with an ability to translate his industry work experience into classroom learnings for the students
- Keen to act as a guide and mentor to students during presentations, exams and extra curricular activities
- Keen on growing in the organisation and making the organization grow
We wish to hire an individual passionate about teaching. The person should have atleast 8-10 years of work experience in the industry be it Marketing, Media or Communications. Thereafter the person may have transitioned into education and found his true calling there. The individual should have taught full-time or part time in higher education/ MBA/ Communication institutes for some years. A keen interest in settling into a permanent role and evolving with the organization we what we desire.
Furthermore, the role involved non-academic areas such as overseeing examinations, students classes, mentorship and so on. An openness to do a variety of task across departments is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
