Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales and business development activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend networking events, meetings, and business development activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Good understanding of business development strategies.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and customer acquisition will be an added advantage.
