Job Description:
An Executive Assistant to the Add. Pro Vice Chancellor provides high-level, confidential administrative support and acts as a strategic liaison. They manage complex calendars, draft correspondence, coordinate communications with senior leadership, and handle sensitive university operations requiring exceptional discretion and judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Ruthlessly prioritize and protect the Add. Pro VC’s time by managing an extremely active, complex calendar. Balance meetings with founders, LPs (Limited Partners), and internal teams.
- Gatekeeping & Triage: Act as the primary point of contact and filter incoming emails, pitches, and meeting requests with utmost discretion.
- Deal Flow & Pipeline Support: Track active deal flow and assist in preparing pitch decks, investment memos, and follow-up notes.
- Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate highly detailed, multi-city travel itineraries and process monthly expense reports.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize founder dinners, LP summits, and cross-functional team meetings. Take actionable meeting minutes and track follow-up items.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point),Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- He/ She should have proficiency in Shorthand.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support, preferably in Education Sector.
- Minimum qualification - MBA.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft professional correspondence on behalf of the Add Pro Vice Chancellor.
- Mindset: Highly proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a high-pressure environment
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
