Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to handle service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for construction equipment machines. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, engine, electrical, and transmission-related issues in construction equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown services at customer locations.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely machine restoration.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with spare parts and technical support teams.
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support machine inspection, commissioning, and warranty-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and service standards. Preferred Equipment Experience
Experience in servicing:
- Excavators
- Backhoe Loaders
- Wheel Loaders
- Motor Graders
- Mining & Earthmoving Equipment
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
- ITI candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction equipment service.
- Experience with brands such as Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery, JCB, Komatsu, Caterpillar, or similar OEMs will be preferred.
