Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all restaurant, banquet, room service, and bar operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, control costs, and lead the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train restaurant, banquet, and service staff.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office departments.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory/managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
