We are looking for a creative, hardworking, and fast-working Graphic Designer to join our media creative team and support our high-volume content production workflow.
Job Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics
- Create promotional creatives for entertainment and media-related content
- Develop branding materials and marketing designs
- Work closely with content creators and social media teams
- Deliver designs within daily deadlines and production schedules
- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback
- Maintain properly organized PSD/editable files and project assets
- Maintain consistent design quality across all platforms
- Adapt designs according to different social media formats and requirements
Daily Work Expectations
- Complete a minimum of 25+ creative posters per day
- PSD/source files will be provided where applicable
- Maintain professional design quality while working at a fast pace
- Be available for revisions and urgent creative requirements during working hours
- Follow the team's daily content schedule and production workflow
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage
- Strong creativity and an eye for visual composition
- Good understanding of social media design trends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced media environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple creative tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Must have your own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday – Working Days
Sunday – Weekly Holiday
The role is fully remote, and candidates are expected to remain available during assigned working hours for regular tasks, revisions, and urgent creative requirements.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates interested in digital media, entertainment, and content creation
- Freshers and experienced graphic designers are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in social media or entertainment-media design is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Malayalam media industry is an added advantage
