Role Overview
Bloomchemag is a non-manufacturing company specialising in marketing, distribution, and logistics for speciality and industrial chemicals, moving them from Asia to Europe.
This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities and reviving existing accounts to negotiating pricing and ensuring seamless order fulfilment through close coordination with the operations team. Additionally, the position requires proactive market research and a commitment to maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and service updates
Customer Handling & Sales Report
- Sales responsibilities for achieving targets for EU and non-EU regions
- Oversee the export operations
- 8 to 10 years of experience in non IT sales
- Daily updating of customer inquiries and follow-ups in the daily customer call report
- Revive the existing, old customer base of the company
- Doing constant research to identify and develop new customers
- Costing/price negotiation
- Ensuring proper customer deliveries (coordination with operations)
- Maintaining Cost and BD Sheet
- Updating customers regarding their deliveries
- Updating customers' PO and other details on the Salesforce portal
Market Research & Exhibitions
- Tracking customer market
- Reading ICIS news on a regular basis for all products
- Planning and participation in exhibitions as and when required
Coordination with Operations Team
- Coordination with Operations for respective orders
- Ensuring timely payment from customers
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
