Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven professional to manage and grow our Life Insurance Agency channel by recruiting, developing, and leading a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Train, mentor, and support agents to drive sales performance
- Achieve business targets through the agency channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
- Monitor agent productivity and improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines
Requirements
- 1–10 years of experience in Life Insurance/BFSI (Agency channel preferred)
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage and motivate a team

- Agent productivity & retention
Pay: ₹204,604.47 - ₹550,000.00 per year
