We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in product planning, record keeping, order management, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a keen understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product orders and deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Prepare purchase orders, product sheets, and merchandising reports
- Track product performance and sales trends
- Support in product selection, pricing, and assortment planning
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and stock movement
- Ensure products are displayed and presented according to company standards
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on production timelines and delivery schedules
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of inventory management and merchandising processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
