Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee records, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and implementation of company HR policies. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare appointment letters and joining kits.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and punch records.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company timing and attendance policies.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and late arrivals.
4. Payroll Support
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate salary processing with accounts department.
- Maintain records of incentives, reimbursements, and employee claims.
- Assist in preparation of salary statements.
5. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee database regularly.
- Issue employment certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in probation reviews and confirmations.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal process.
- Track employee KPIs and performance reports.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote positive workplace culture.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
8. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies.
- Maintain statutory compliance records.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Keep updated with labor laws and HR best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply.
