Insurance Experts is looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage daily office operations and support insurance-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with insurance policy documentation, coordinate with clients and insurance advisors, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office operations and administrative activities
- Manage files, records, and documentation systematically
- Assist in preparation and processing of insurance policy paperwork
- Coordinate with clients, insurance advisors, and internal team members
- Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases accurately
- Follow up on policy-related documentation, renewals, and client queries
- Support the team in smooth execution of office and insurance-related processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask and work independently
