We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef/Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete kitchen and F&B operations
- Manage food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations
- Control food cost and inventory management
- Plan menus and maintain guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with management for smooth restaurant and banquet operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling multi-cuisine kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to handle overall F&B operations independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
