Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our business across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, and client relationship management. The role involves identifying new customers, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across the assigned territory in Tamil Nadu.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily activity reports in the CRM system.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and business meetings as required.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
