The Role
As a Barista at Blends, you are more than just a drink maker; you are a curator of wellness. You will be responsible for crafting our signature smoothies and specialty beverages with surgical precision, ensuring every "blend" looks and tastes exactly as intended. You will engage with our community, explaining the benefits of our ingredients and maintaining the serene, high-end atmosphere
Key Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Passion for food, beverages, and creating great customer experiences. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience: 1-2 years in a specialty cafe, juice bar, or premium hospitality.
- Wellness Driven: A genuine interest in nutrition and clean, healthy living.
- Detail-Oriented: Committed to precision and "Instagram-ready" presentation.

- Communication: Clear verbal skills in English (and local languages).
