About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern to join our design team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to real-world projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user experience, visual design, and creating intuitive interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to improve product usability.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Help maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
- Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback.
- Support the team in creating design assets and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping techniques.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience working on mobile app or web design projects.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
