Job Description – Interior Designer Department: Design & Projects Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically appealing, and client-focused interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualization, space planning, design development, material selection, client coordination, and execution support. Key Responsibilities * Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets. * Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials. * Prepare space planning layouts and furniture plans. * Create 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed design documentation. * Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings. * Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and project teams. * Conduct site visits and monitor project execution. * Ensure designs comply with project specifications and client expectations. * Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications. * Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Required Skills * Strong design and space planning abilities. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor. * Understanding of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills. * Attention to detail and creativity. Software Proficiency * AutoCAD * SketchUp * 3ds Max * V-Ray / Corona * Photoshop * MS Office Qualification * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design. * 2–8 years of relevant experience preferred. * Strong portfolio of completed projects. * Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution.
