Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest handling
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues independently and quickly
- Supervise front office team and ensure discipline, grooming, and performance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations for seamless guest experience
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting
- Maintain guest records and compliance requirements (including Form III for foreign guests)
- Monitor online reviews and assist in guest communication when required
- Ensure adherence to property policies and service standards
We prefer an individual with an experience of 3-4 years
