Full job description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head to lead business development for our Branding & Creative Services division. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in branding, creative, advertising, digital marketing, or agency services, and a proven track record of acquiring and growing relationships with international clients. You will be responsible for driving new business across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and UAE, engaging with senior decision-makers and converting high-value opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities & Duties

Drive international B2B sales for branding, creative, digital marketing, and experience design services.
Identify, prospect, qualify, and convert high-value international leads.
Build relationships with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and senior decision-makers.
Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Lead client presentations, pitches, proposal discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Understand client business challenges and collaborate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to develop customized solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business from existing clients.
Research target markets, competitors, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking forums, conferences, and business meetings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles.
Prior experience in a Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or similar services business is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, or UAE.
Strong understanding of branding, creative services, digital marketing, advertising, and campaign solutions.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage mid-market to enterprise clients.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong prospecting, consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to engage confidently with senior-level decision-makers.
Strong commercial understanding with a solution-oriented approach.
Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
