Job Summary
Pipettemann Calibration Laboratory LLP is looking for a responsible and reliable Dispatcher & Logistics Executive to manage the safe collection and delivery of customer instruments for calibration. The role involves coordinating logistics, handling instruments with care, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect instruments from customer locations for calibration.
- Deliver calibrated instruments back to customers safely and on time.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers and the calibration team.
- Verify instruments and quantities during collection and delivery.
- Ensure all instruments are handled, packed, and transported safely to prevent damage.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, collection receipts, and dispatch records.
- Obtain customer acknowledgements and signatures during collection and delivery.
- Plan efficient travel routes to minimise travel time and fuel costs.
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organising instruments within the laboratory.
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect instruments immediately.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in good condition and report maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, courier services, or field operations is preferred.
- Freshers with a responsible attitude are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle delicate laboratory instruments carefully.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Valid two-wheeler and/or four-wheeler driving licence (preferred).

- On-time collection and delivery of instruments.
- Zero instrument damage or loss during transportation.
- Accurate documentation and customer acknowledgements.
- Customer satisfaction with pickup and delivery service.
- Efficient route planning and timely completion of daily schedules.
- Proper maintenance of company vehicle and transport records.
