Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on property sales, leases, mortgages, and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements
- Conduct due diligence, title verification, and risk assessments
- Handle property disputes, land litigation, arbitration, and tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
- Support zoning, development, and land acquisition projects
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and financial institutions
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate law
- Strong knowledge of property, land acquisition, and contract laws
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in litigation, compliance, and legal documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-value property transactions
- Knowledge of RERA regulations
- Prior experience working with developers or real estate firms
