About Jyot:
Jyot is a Jain organization run under the guidance of Jain monks (Maharaj Saheb). The NGO works
towards spiritual growth, social upliftment, education, and community welfare.
Location: Bangalore
(This role requires shifting as per the organization's operational movement)
Shift Timings (2 Options):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a mediator between Maharaj Saheb and external individuals.
- Read out messages, emails, and calls to Maharaj Saheb and explain them clearly.
- Draft replies for emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication as instructed.
- Attend calls, understand the information, and convey it accurately.
- Maintain alertness and track all incoming communication throughout the shift.
- Coordinate visitors, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks as guided.
Requirements:
- Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken & written).
- Good communication skills, sincerity, and alertness.
- Ability to understand instructions and convey them accurately.
- Willingness to relocate as the location changes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
