Triplet International is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international tour packages.
- Provide information on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Handle flight, hotel, transportation, travel insurance, and holiday package bookings.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
