Job Responsibilities
- Handle OPD, IPD, Emergency, Insurance, and Corporate billing.
- Generate accurate patient bills and process payments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support departments for billing closure.
- Manage TPA and insurance-related billing documentation.
- Verify charges and ensure billing accuracy.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare billing reports.
- Resolve patient billing queries professionally.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 2–6 years of experience in hospital billing.
- Knowledge of OP/IP billing, insurance, TPA, and cash handling.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
