- System Maintenance: Install/configure software or hardware, and assist with client setups, migrations, and third-party integrations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed knowledge base articles, FAQs, and manuals to empower both customers and internal teams.
- Cross-functional Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by relaying functionality feedback and product feature requests to Product Managers.
- Essential Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering field.
