Job Description: Responsible for reviewing, classifying, and indexing incoming documents accurately into designated systems/platforms while ensuring data integrity, turnaround time adherence, and compliance with process guidelines. Performs document validation, categorization, quality checks, and exception handling to support efficient retrieval and downstream processing.
Responsibilities: Responsible for answering phones, directing calls, contacting providers, and accurate and timely patient scheduling. Provides efficient, effective, quality customer service for Primary Care scope of work
Qualifications: Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
