Catseye Group is a growing real estate company focused on delivering commercial leasing and property solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager to build strong corporate relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including Banking, Insurance, IT, and other organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and field visits.
- Coordinate with corporate decision-makers to understand commercial leasing and office space requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build a strong network of brokers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in commercial leasing, corporate sales, real estate, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
