Responsibilities:
These duties are representative and not exhaustive, focused on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget in a team environment.

Interface with clients to define scope and review project progress.

Apply strong mechanical engineering expertise across HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.

Provide clear design direction to support staff.

Independently resolve engineering challenges and develop effective design solutions; undertake lead engineer responsibilities, including stamping/sealing drawings where applicable.

Represent the firm in meetings and coordinate project planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architectural, Structural, Civil, Electrical).

Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and coordination requirements.

Act as a technical specialist or advisor when required.

Provide guidance on key technical and project-related matters.

Supervise, coordinate, and review work of engineers and designers.

Perform HVAC calculations and develop design layouts/schematics independently.

Engage in continuous professional development.

Support client interactions and business development initiatives.

Handle HVAC design across sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, and others.

Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with international standards, preferably US codes.

Flexibility to work in evening hours to coordinate with US teams.

Capability to lead projects end-to-end.

Working knowledge of Revit preferred; experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC is an advantage.
