- Operations oversight: Manage daily receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Staff Leadership: Assign daily tasks, train team members, and monitor employee productivity
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean facility
