Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Physical Servers Handling.
- Maintain the IT Infrastructure (Internet, Systems, and Servers) available at all times without any issues.
- Handle Operating System (Linux & Windows) installation and troubleshooting.
- Organize Computers, and printers in the office and make sure everything is working fine and available to other employees.
- Keep track of the internet connectivity and coordinate with customer care whenever required.
- Coordinate with other employees for effective functioning of the IT infrastructures.
- Keep track of Cloud and internal (NAS) Data transfers and regular backup of data from servers and desktops.
- Maintain access control for online resources.
- Give remote support to our client.
- Daily backup of all systems & servers.
Expected Skills
- Knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Experience and Familiarity with Linux Environment.
- Should be able to troubleshoot installation of Python / R packages.
- Good Communication Skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
