PositionOverview:
We are looking for an experienced Seniorfull stackEngineer to lead the designanddevelopment.Theideal candidate will deliverend-to-end application solutionsspanningfrontend UI development, UI/UXdesign, backend Java Spring Boot REST APIs, cloud-native AWS services, and CI/CD automation. Thisrole requires hands-on expertise inReactJS,AWS cloud development,PostgreSQL, andAI-assisteddevelopment toolsto enable rapid, high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leadership to gather,analyze, and translate requirements into scalable application solutions.
- Design and developmodern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, followingbest practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Apply strongUI/UX design principlesto deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces andconsistent design systems.
- Design, develop, and maintainbackend services and RESTful APIs using Java and SpringBoot.
- Buildcloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging managed services and best practicesfor scalability, reliability, and security.
- LeverageAI-assisted development tools(e.g.,Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to:
oAccelerate feature development and prototyping
oImprove code quality, refactoring, and documentation
oAssist with debugging and test generation
- Integrate applications withPostgreSQL databases, including schema design, queryoptimization, and transactional consistency.
- Implementsecure authentication and authorizationfor web applications and APIs.
- Design and maintainCI/CD pipelinesto automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Deploy and manage applications using containerization and cloud-based infrastructure asrequired.
Monitor application health, performance, and logs; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate actively inAgile ceremonies—planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, and
retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across frontend, backend, and
cloud components.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern frameworks, cloud services, andAI-driven
engineering practicesto improve delivery speed and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work
Experience:
·•Minimum of 8-11 years of experience in Workforce Management.
Skills:
- 8-11 years of Software Development experience, frontend and backend
- Strong frontend development expertise with ReactJS
oModern JavaScript / TypeScript
oComponent-based architecture
oState management and performance optimization
oHTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- Strong AWS cloud development experience
oEC2, S3, RDS/Aurora (PostgreSQL)
oLambda, ECS/EKS
oIAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway
- Experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesusing tools such as:
oGit, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Experience withDevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud-native deploymentpatterns
- Strong backend development experience usingJava and Spring Boot, including:
oREST API design and implementation
oMicroservices-based architectures
- Strong understanding ofversion control (Git)and collaborative development workflows.
- Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-assisted development toolssuch asCursor,GitHub Copilot, or equivalentfor rapid development and code quality improvement
- Health Insurance experience is a plus
Location Hours of Work
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours asappropriate
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 daysWFO and 2 days WAH)

- 11.30AM IST to 8.30PM IST
