Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on project status.
- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, daily logs, and safety records.
- Identify potential risks and suggest corrective measures to avoid delays and rework.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites when required.
