Job Summary:
Sreema AAC Blocks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Head + QC Manager to oversee AAC block manufacturing operations, production efficiency, and quality control processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, maintaining production targets, ensuring product quality, and leading the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise complete plant operations and workforce
- Ensure quality standards for AAC block production
- Monitor production planning and plant efficiency
- Handle quality testing and process improvement
- Maintain safety and operational compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering preferred
- Experience in AAC block/cement/building materials industry preferred
- Strong leadership and plant management skills
- Knowledge of quality control systems and production processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
