We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our growing team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company's goals, while maintaining a positive and fulfilling work environment for our employees. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to create and execute strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor and partner to our employees and managers, ensuring that our company culture, values, and goals are reflected in all HR initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop and oversee HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers • Implement performance management programs to drive employee development, engagement, and productivity • Handle employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to managers and employees on issues such as conflict resolution and workplace ethics • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance the knowledge and skills of our workforce • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate and address HR issues before they arise
