Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in paid advertising and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and ad platform reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, Conversion Tracking, and ROAS.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
